Has hunger come back for you?
I thought I was the only one who was getting hungry. I even woke up in the night once because I was STARVING. I had to get out of bed and eat. My stomach woke me up and said feed me NOW. I ate a piece of cheese and that made me feel better and I went back to sleep.
When I went for my 4-month checkup last Friday, my doctor told me I wasn't eating enough calories each day. I track my calories and protein on Fitday.com every day. I found that I was only eating about 500 calories maximum every day. The doc said that's not enough. Ideally at this stage I should be consuming 800 to 1000 calories a day. I've started supplementing my diet with 2 protein shakes a day. My weight loss has kicked in again.
I'm still not hungry in the morning, but I make myself eat or drink something now.

Well then I'm a little low in calories cuz I'm between 500 - 800 ... Will have to take in another protein source, I guess.
I've started to get hungry every once in a while but it doesn't take much to stop the hunger ... A couple bites; I just have to remember to eat slowly.

I've been ravenous around 2-4pm but it's because I don't eat till then anyways. I've been eating 2 baked jalapeno poppers w/cream cheese and about 1/8C seafood salad from Haagen's for lunch. It's been getting scarry because I'm getting hungry at night again. It's when I do my worst choices and I've been eating Ritz w/jared King Salmon and Triscuits. I know the crackers are bad but I keep thinking they're better than the p-butter and frosting I used to eat by the spoonfuls.
Kind of on the same topic. Does anyone know when your stomach growls, is it the pouch or is it the old cut away stomach?
