Breakfast protein bar lunch yogart with flax seed (keeps the bowels movin) Snack 1/2 can of tuna with FF mayo Dinner 1/2 small chili and tried salad for the first time wohhooo Snack protein bar Vits of course Protein..did good Water 64 ounces YAY ME!!!

break-one egg over easy s-protein 28gm l-burrito,take away bread s-peanutbutter crackers dinner-chili protien drink before bed 64oz water all vits wow!!!!!!!!!im doing great!!!!! lol
