i had my 3 and 1/2 mo check up.........so far i have lost 60lbs.......i weigh 183........i did weigh 242 surgery day...........my doc released me and said i was a model patient........i don't see him again till july.........i still cant believe the change in me............well thats my update peeps.........thanks to all for there support............vickie r.

hey there! congratulations on your loss!!! it seems like we are on the same track....i weighed 240 surgery day (Oct 24th!) and today I weigh 181. I just can't wait to get into the 70's!!!!! keep up the great work! kate
