breakfast low carb yogart mixed with flaxseed lunch banana with peanut butter snack protein bar dinner ricotta cheese with sauce and 1 meatball snack carnation instant breakfast drink fluid..workin on 60..only about 50 so far.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal with a sliced strawberry. 1/4 cup Fat Free half and half and packet of Splenda. Lunch: 1/2 cup low fat Cottage Cheese, 1/2 banana. Snack: 4 saltine crackers, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Dinner: TacoBell Cruchy Taco Supreme!! (It was great!)
