Bad bad bad day!!! Time of the month and a long interview! So I won't give an account. I've been taking in too many carbs the past two or three weeks. Mainly through liquids. I have to refocus and I think that's why I've hit a plateau. Oh well...............keep me in your thoughts! Keke

Brenda.. which soy crisps do you prefer? I have tried Hain and GeniSoy..I really like the both..but I think the GeniSoy have much better flavor... are you exercising? if you are you may want to check with your doc about increasing your calories..that is what I have had to do several times...but check first... jenn

Hi Jenn, I haven't tried Hain. I have eaten the Quaker and Genisoy. Quaker makes just white cheddar and BBQ, but Genisoy has about 6 flavors. I just found the apple cinnamon today and they were pretty tasty - good for a sweet instead of salty fix. I am exercising, but weeks that I do it more or less don't really reflect it in the scale. I saw my nutritionist at month 2, when I was eating 400-600 calories a day (not too unusual for 2 months out, I imagine). She said to up it to 600-800 to see if that helps. I now get 800 or so a day, but am still losing at about the same pace. I am a bit nervous to shoot for 1,000 or so, but it might help. I just seems like a lot! Brenda

Brenda.. I exercise over an hour a day...so my nut wants me at 1200...well, really I exercise an hour and a half...lately I wake up hungry in the middle of the nite..I just haven't eten enough...so here we go again getting into the groove of another eating schedule...I don't want to lose muscle though and I sure enough don't want to go into starvation mode... have you tried fitday.com to see just how many calories you are using at the gym? it may help you to see what all the #'s are. Apple Cinnamon sounds good...I might try those sometime... Have a great day!! Jenn
