What helped you boost over that stall?
Everybodies advice is great. I find another angle to take is to eat your 5-6 frequent small healthy meals. That can consist of a protein drink with a veggie or fruit serving between the traditional breakfast/lunch/dinner. Our metabolism adjusts to the amount of calories we are consuming. With the spikes that we are going to have due to the small 3 meal plan our bodies tend to slow down the metabolism. It thinks we are starving oursevles and wants to preserve the few calories we are consuming. There are only 2 healthy ways I know of naturally boosting our metabolism - small frequent feedings (every 2-3 hrs) and exercise. Of course caffiene will temporarily boost metabolism but it also makes you have cravings.
Besides, it is very natural for weightloss to fall into a rut. Which just means we need to physically challenge ourselves from a different angle.
