What helped you boost over that stall?
To get out of my rut I just went back to a protein shake in the morning and made sure I drank my water/warm decaff tea all day. I really strive to get my 60gr of protein a day in. I am never hungry and I stay busy all day. I have a plan as to what I am doing to eat and snack on the night before for the next day. I have nuts with me at all times and an orange, oranges are fine with me. Good luck I know this part is so hard. Make sure you are exercising. If you can't go to a work out facility the tapes, walk a way the pounds are great to do at home. You can find the VHS as wal mart really cheap.
Good luck

Nooooooooooooo, my Deb, do NOT let it discourage you.
I was stuck at 278 for about 3 weeks and suddenly it started dropping like crazy. The past week I dropped about 7 lbs and really wasn't doing anything different. I just hung in there and got mad on occasion.
I don't think it's up to us to "break" the stall, I think your body just needs to adjust and then it will catch up. I know you'll read this and say OK WHATEVER!!!
Believe me I did...
But it's true!!!
I got on the scale this morning as saw 265 and was like WHAT THE>>>
I do know tha****er is key though, so drink drink drink!!! I started really concentrating on my water consumption and it has helped tremendously. Up until recently I just couldn't fit it in.
And this from a girl who drank a gallon of water a day PRE-OP!
Try cutting down on carbs (I did even though it killed me) and yes, you have to try and increase your protein AND I know you're not going to like this... but no alcohol.
It'll happen for you girl, in no time, you'll be past that damn stall! I know it sucks while you're in it, but you'll be doing that happy dance soon.
HUGS,
Vi

Hi Deb,
I was stuck on a pleateau for over 3 weeks. I started exercising again (which I hadn't done since right before Xmas) and I focused on trying to get in water. Also, I increased my protein by increasing my milk but not just any milk, I started using the Hood milk which is low in carbs. After one week of this, I dropped another 5 lbs.
Hope that helps.
Hugs,
Loretta
