Right now it is not even close enough to be called training. I am just trying to increase my distance and stamina. I can confortably walk 3 miles now. But I have a long way before I can do a marethon. there is a Half marathon offered here in October, that I am thinking about. I am going to do a 10 k walk for rememberance. **** bombing) in April. We will see how I do on that before I try anything longer.

that 10K walk sounds incredible.....I am excited to hear about....I know you will succeed....keep creating distance and stamina...do you belong to a gym? I am doing a lot of cross training stuff rite now to build stamina..I do about 7-8 miles a day....biking, walking,swimming and eliptical....the eliptical kicks me in the but...but I enjoy it very much....

I was going to the gym on base but the last few weeks my lower back has been bothering me after doing the circut. So latly I have stuck to water arobics and walking. I have thought of doing the bike, but it seem to much of a pain to go to the gym just for that. Eliptical and I do not get along at all. I cannot do more than 5 min or so at a time.
