Thursday what did you eat?
Breakfast Slimfast high protein bar
Lunch ham and cheese rollup with spicy mustard, 1/2 banana with peanut butter and 2 baked chips
snack detour protein bar
Dinner 1/2 piece of boneless chicken with ranch dressing
Snack Carnation instant breakfast drink (no sugar added)
Had a good day for eating. I was very happy!
vits yup even the iron
water 40-45 ounces
protein 55 ounces
breakfast: I had a protein oatmeal (has 35gms of protein)
lunch: grilled chicken with broccoli 2oz of chicken 1 oz of broccoli
dinner: boiled chicken with lentils 2 oz of chicken 1 oz of lentils
Snack: double protein shake
water: 40 oz not good!
vitamins: forgot a couple not good too!
protein: 70gms plus the protein in the food I ate.
I didn't have chocolate today!!!
I have been having chocolate very frequently!!
It's called Muscle Milk 'n Oats, I bought a case of 12 for 25 dlls. It actually only has 30gms of protein, not 35gms. I got confused with my 2 protein shakes. It tastes pretty good. A little lumpy though.

yes im wondering the same thing where did you find this oatmeal with that much protein ? or did you add more protein to it ?

ISN'T THIS WLS GREAT, MS DEB? WE CAN STRUGGLE AT TIMES & JUST GET BACK UP & START AGAIN WITHOUT RUINING EVERYTHING & GAINING A TON OF WEIGHT BACK DURING THE TIMES WE AREN'T AS ON OUR TOES AS WE CAN BE.
THIS LIFESTYLE IS VERY "FORGIVING" OF OUR MISTAKES; I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.
