Breakfast Slimfast high protein bar Lunch chicken quesidalla Dinner 2 1/12 chicken nuggets with ranch dressing 1/4 cup of applesauce Snack glass of skim milk Vits..yup Water only about 40 ounces No exercise..sorry keke

break-egg snack-protein drink lunch-1/4 cp veggie soup dinner-turk,cheese rollup snack-protein drink 60 oz water all vits i did take a 20 min walk.........have a good day!!!!!! vickie r.

Breakfast- Yogurt and part of an apple Lunch- Turkey, swiss cheese & light mayo on a tortilla & some chicken noodle soup Dinner- roasted turkey breast, some high-protein mac & cheese. Snack- sugar free ice cream Fluids- only about 36 oz. No exercise yesterday.
