HI Keke! I walked 45 minutes today. I got out later than usual so there weren't any walkers on the street. Just a few people putting out trash etc. I still was a great walk and it felt like I really accomplished something. Sheryl

I walked for 30 minutes this morning. Usually I go to water aerobics for an hour in the afternoon but I wasn't able to today. I will be there tomorrow. Keep up the good work! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!

I did 40 minutes of water walking this morning and then 30 minutes at Curves. A very light day for me. I've been going to this new pool for 3 days. After my workout today I had a gross rash on my face and hand. I thought it was the chemicals and complained at the front desk. It turns out they have a list of about 30 people who have broken out in an itchy nasty rash the last few weeks and they don't know why!!!!! It's still spreading! I'm calling the doctor the 1st thing in the morning and my husband took 1 look at my face and called the health dept. How could they not warn people???? I look NASTY. Their only suggestion to me was to see a dermatologist. Nice that I just paid $359 yearly dues for the priviledge of a spreading rash. Sheryl 292/220/160
