IT's OVER!!

My stall that is!!! FINALLY AFTER 3 GRULEING WEEKS OF... 275..274..275..274..275..274 ETC... The scales are at 272! YIPPEE!! Hang in there any of you stallers... it will pass. I promise! Sallykate

OMG, that was my magic number too, how funny!! I kept hovering at 278 and 276 and finally saw 272 which is where I am now! HOOORAY for 272!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good going... my scale jumped down another 2.4 pounds overnight...so that is good...the body can only do what it can do...I am now down 52 pounds...wow what a wow moment... the happy Dennis

I know! I am a happy camper as well! I was at 204 for 3 weeks and over the weekend I went to 196-just ou of the blue!!!!!!!!! Yeah! Congrats to you as well!!!!! Keep up the good work guys!
