Ooops, I just posted today's exercise on your thread for Monday. Well, I'll tell you what I did on Monday, I worked out with my Sister. We did leg weights (40 min), then walked/ran a mile, we played raquetball for 20 min, then she left and I went on to 35 min on the elliptical. Marcia

Today I did about 40 minutes at Curves and then drove to the Y and did 1 hr of high intensity aquasize. This was my 1st day in that class. I didn't seem worse then the medium class at the time, but HOLY CRAP am I sore now! It's a 2x/week class so I think I'll be taking it from now on. I'm doing Curves tomorrow but may be too sore for anything else! Sheryl 292/220/160
