I'm not sleeping since my dad passed. Today was my first day back into exercise routine, so I tried to "work myself into oblivion". It worked too. I had a 1 hr nap without bad dreams this afternoon. Anyway...my day was 1/2 hr at Curves, 1.5 hrs weightlifting/nautilus, 30 minutes fast lap swim (about 2/3 mile). That's all I had time for before I had to pick up some RX's and get my son from school. I had my "weigh in" and measurements taken at curves today. In the 6 weeks since I was last measured, I've lost 22 lbs and 12 inches, 5 of which came from my hips. When I keep saying that 50 of my 69 lbs lost come from my hips and butt, I'm not kidding. No other inches lost come even close. I actually gained 1 inch on my calves! I know it's from muscle, but even so! I don't want to grow! I want to keep shrinking. I was very bottom heavy before (even with H cup boobs). Now my chest and hips measure the exact same thing, and my waist is exactly 10 inches smaller then my chest and hips. I have a very large, but still perfectly shaped hourglass figure. I think that's pretty cool, even if it's covered in a ton of extra loose flabby skin. Either way....I'll take the inches off wherever I can get them. I just hope I don't grow anymore! Sheryl 292/223/160

I get to meet with my trainer tonight for an hour. After that he puts me on the treadmill for 20 minutes. Gawd its a good thing hes cute cuz he about kills me.
