getting extra vitamins and water too!!!!!!!!

i was just reading vi's post on getting that darn pill stuck. how rude of the dr. office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thankfully i never had that problemw/ pills! but while reading that post i noticed alot of people concered w/ getting vitamnins in. i recently was introduced to "vita zest" it comes in 20 oz bottles and has 65% of most of your vitamins plus............ it has nothing in it so it counts as water too! you will still need the calcuim supplement though. i have noticed that it HAS HELPED W/ MY AWFUL MOOD SWINGS AND MY ENERGY LEVEL AS WELL! in my store we sell it for $1.39 the same price as bottled water. its great and taste better then fruit 20, or crystal lite, or propell. theres no real after taste plus it has a ton of vitamins!!!!!!!!!! heres a link to look up the nurtients and flavors http://www.bevnet.com/reviews/vitazest/ vi, if you are ever in the beekman area, right past stormville flea market, stop by the convient store and we carry vita zest! xoxoxoxoxox Diedre 231/172/130 10/19/2005
