anyone else having this problem??

ok I ate a packet of weight control oatmeal at 730 am... had profect protein at 10 and its now 12:30 went made lunch... took a bite and felt the full feeling right away so had to quit eating. I have never had this before 276/212/135 Kim

Wow, maybe the oatmeal was enough, maybe you dont need the profect at that time. See what happens in the next few days, sounds like the protein is working! Louse 215/178/125

quaker makes it it is called weight control oatmeal it has 7 grams of protein and 6 of fiber i get it at walmart or the grocery store 276/212/135 Kim

yes kim.............i have protein first.........i use gnc powder and i warm it up,with milk ,its like hot choc........i have it at 7 then about 9 my oatmeal.........one pack of weight control oatmeal makes me 3 meals....so i warm up about 2 oz of water and mix......i don't like to waste lol......vickie r.

I have a similar schedule but I don't eat lunch until 1:30/2:00. I can eat a whole package of the oatmeal no problem. For lunch I have been eating shrimp about 10-15 medium ones with ****tail sauce.
