Restaurant card????

You had a lot more grace for that lady than I would have... I have four kids and so when we go to buffet I do not feel bad at all nibbling off of their plates or hubbys. We are paying for 5 plates anyway! Today we went to a chinese buffet with a large after church crowd and I did not want to draw attention to myself by bringing up a restraunt card etc. so I ordered a bowl of eggdrop soup and then went to the mongolian BBQ with my 14 y/o daughter and chose the food I wanted (chicken and bean sprouts) gave it to her to have cooked and went and sat down. She brought it to me and I nibbled at it and felt not 1 oz of guilt! When I am farther out and eat a little more, I have absolutely no problem with paying full price but at this juncture, like violet said, I eat a dollars worth of food and so I leave that dollar on the table along with the tip! I have not used the rest. card and probably won't because what I am doing is working for me. Everywhere else we eat, I just nibble on my hubbys and or kids plates. Sallykate
