FESS UP, WHAT DO WE CHEAT ON?
I'm so guilty! I do have a small dessert once a week like a sliver of cheesecake or sometimes when we go out we may split a dessert between my hubby my 2 year old and I which I might get 3-4 bites if lucky. My worst is M&M's though. I am no longer on a diet per say I am just trying to eat right and if I want a treat eat it, if I deprive myself I want it more. This is a lifestyle change and I am not going to deprive myself just try to make wiser choices.

I eat popcorn with some butter about once every two weeks, and the popcorn is made with a hot air popper. I NEVER eat it though if I don't already have my protein in for the day. All I was told regarding popcorn was just that "some" people may not tolerate it...
I did eat a few (like 4) cookies over Christmas Eve/Christmas Day...
I have had like 3 diet caffeine free sodas - 2 small glasses of Fresca, and one 20 oz of diet cherry.... soda BURNS going down for some reason... I don't know if this is necessarily cheating...my doctor just said not to drink it initially.
I honestly don't think I have eaten enough of anything that would make me dump. Except for those cookies, 4 over 2 days, I really have stayed away from sugar....
I noticed if I eat anything too carb heavy I could about pass out with exhaustion it makes me so tired...
I haven't really had fast food, except taco bell.
I think the worst for me has been a fish fry a couple times... reason being that the fish is fried. But man did it taste good....
