this was my answer
"Deb my goal is to be 178lbs by Feb 1st thats like 6lbs away. But I am losing so slow, I might not make it. But I'll try my best...
I also want to go at least 4 times a week to the gym, no less than that...
I also want to stop eating things I shouldn't.
We should save this post and come back to it on February 1st and see if we made it...that would be fun...and we can do this every month..!!"

Yaaaay! I made all my goals! (Just barely on the weight though!) I wanted to lose 13 lbs and that was exactly what I lost, I wanted to make a BMI of 39 (I'm at 39.6 now) so that I could finally be JUST OBESE and not MORBIDLY OBESE anymore! And I wanted to keep going to gym 5-6 times a week which I've done all month (except the days after I fell on my knee on ice).
My reply last month was:
"Hmmmm... I guess I'll make my goal to lose 13 lbs and be at 272... this way I'll have a BMI of 39 which means I will be under 40 finally....yaaaay!
My other goal is to keep working out 5-6 times a week like I did this week and to look forward to the gym like I used to a couple of years ago when I never liked to miss a day!

I must have missed the original goal posting, but I'll just jump in now with my goal for March 1.
I am now 28 pounds from my surgeon's goal. In the next month, I want to go down to 160 pounds. That's 8 pounds away from today. It will also put me at -80 pounds total loss since surgery.
I want to keep up with my daily exercise on the Wellness Program at work and make better food choices. I want to stop eating at night. I have a real problem with that.
I have started taking 2 protein supplements a day and my protein counts are getting better now.

OK, OK, YOU SHAMED ME INTO PUTTING DOWN MY GOALS ... I HATE THIS PART (MAYBE, IF I MAKE SOME OF THESE GOALS, I'LL LIKE THEM BETTER)! I'M GOING TO PRINT THIS OUT & TAPE IT TO MY MONITOR.
FEBRUARY 2006 GOALS
1 ... I AM 222.80; BY MARCH 1, I WILL BE 212.80 OR LESS - A 10 # LOSS
2 ... I'M ON A 15-DAY STALL, SO I WILL DO THE FOLLOWING TO BREAK IT
... CONSISTENTLY EAT/DRINK 60 - 80 GRAMS OF PROTEIN DAILY
... CONSISTENTLY DRINK 64 OZ OF FLUIDS DAILY
... REMOVE THE WHITE CARBS IN MY DIET & REPLACE THEM WITH GREEN CARBS
3 ... RIDE MY RECLINE BIKE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES A DAY, NO LESS THAN 4 DAYS A WEEK, INCREASING TO 30 MINUTES BY THE END OF THE MONTH
4 ... RECORD ALL THE ABOVE ON MY SPREADSHEETS SO I CAN'T SLACK OFF

My goat was to be at 220 and I didn't make it. I am at 224.9. But I feel great. I would love to be at 210 by March 1. It's almost camping time people and I so want to be in sharp. Our first camping will probably be in April. I can already do so much more than last year, like walk in the camper instead of slide in sideways because I was to wide for the door.

I wanted to be down to 290. If you go by my scale, I am lol. I use my surgeon's scale for my official number, and his puts me 3 pounds higher than mine. So that puts me at 293, I can live with that for now
