What are your goals?
well, in the midst of reading this thread, I STOPPED, went and made a protein drink, and am going to fini**** before i go to bed.
I wanted to reach 185 by Feb 1 ( but i was at 191.5)---
By Mar 1st I'd like to be at 181.5 --losing 10 lbs.
I want to continue in my 50 sit ups a day, and 2xwk water aerobics and walk more.
Well I totaly bombed my Febuary goal so I am going to keep the same goal for march.
Get below 300(total of 9 lb)
To do that I need to:
stop cheating at work. candy, chips and nuts are everywhere, I feal like I am always snacking.
Get back to working out 5 X a week. (lately it has been 2-3).
Keep my water and protien were they are at. (at least I am doing something right)

I have a bigger goal to be 165 lbs. by May 1. That's 26 lbs. So, if I break that down by months, that's 8.6 lbs a month. That's not much. Let's shoot for -10 lbs., 181 lbs. by March 1. That will put me ahead of the game. Oh my gosh, to be in the 180s. I haven't been in 10 years. I weighed 140 when I got pregnant and gained 50 lbs. I weighed 190 when I gave birth and if I lost any after having my daughter it wasn't much and wasn't for long. I shot right back up.
So, goal to be 181 by March 1.
