Wild Wednesday
I went to the gym and did 40 min of weights on my legs and back. Then, 35 min on the eliptical. I did a gluteal workout on the eliptical because I have no butt and I am trying to change that. It didn't get my heart rate too high, but kept it in the weight loss zone the entire time, so that's good. I came home and did tons of housework. Got plenty of exercise today!
