NOW, THAT IS INTERESTING, MS CELIA. I THINK I'VE ACTUALLY BEEN EATING TOO LITTLE. I JUST HAVE NO APPETITE & IT'S SO NICE NOT TO EAT, EAT, EAT ... THAT I'M PROBABLY AT ONLY 500-600 CALORIES A DAY. OUR SURGEON DOESN'T STRESS 3 MEALS A DAY; SO, THAT IS SOMETHING I NEED TO WORK ON AS WELL.
I LOVED THE STORY ABOUT THE LADY'S UNDERWARE FALLING OFF!!!!!!! JUST TOO FUNNY.
AT LEAST I DID A-OK WITH THE S-F FUDGECICLES BEFORE MY PERIOD ... YEAHHH ... 1 FOR ME!

At my 3 month visit I asked my surgeon how many calories I should be eating a day, he said 1000-1200, 1200 especially if I am exercising... I was getting about 600, maybe 700... now I am probably around 700-800 a day, and it is TOUGH some days! I don't get sick or anything... I just don't have an appetite, don't feel hungry, and don't want to eat! I do always get my protein in though... I have heard from soooo many people though about weight loss slowing/stopping temporarily though if you aren't getting enough calories and your body goes into starvation mode... Anyways, just thought I 'd share!

I AGREE ... I'VE BEEN TOO LAXED IN MY CALORIES, PROTEIN & FLUIDS. WROTE MY GOALS FOR FEB & INCORPORATED ALL OF THIS!
