HOW ARE YOU GUYS DOING IT????
Hey Sallykate I too have no desire to eat but I have to. I am so sick of the protein shakes but you gotta do what we promised to do. I stil do an unjury shake with carnation instant breakfast. 30plus grams of protein. I make myself eat a yogurt about 11 am. Then for lunch at 1:30 I usually eat tuna or soup with unjury added to it and then in the afternoon I like an orange, I have no trouble tolerating that. Dinner I fix for the family and I usually just eat the meat. I always get over 60 grams a day. Sometimes at night I'll eat a string cheese or another yogurt. I could easily go all day and not eat. It is an effort to eat. Before I did it and never even relized it and now I have to make myself eat. I try to keep it very simple. I only put 2or 3 bites on my plate that way I don't feel so bad that I "couldn't get it down." I still get sick if I eat too fast and I struggle every time with chicken, but I finally can get it to stay down.
We are all doing good I think. Its so hard to make such a big change in our life. Everyday is a learning experience .
