68 lbs gone for every (hopefully more will follow)

I have lost 68 lbs since surgery, and i am feeling great. I have not ate anything to make me "dump" and I get at least 50 grams of protien in a day. I am on a stall right now, I have only lost about 8 lbs since Christmas but I know the scale will once again move. How is everyone doing today?

Wow, good for you! I was reading your profile and I have to say I admire you so much for all the time and effort you put into getting your surgery. I saw that you started back in 2003 and you never gave up hoping and now here you are 68 lbs down, that is so awesome! Your little girl must be so proud of her Mommy! I'm down 61 lbs since surgery and probably lost about 10 lbs or so this past month. Yes, I wi**** were more, but the way I look at it, if I could keep losing 10 lbs a month till I get to my goal, I'd be happy! Seems like we're all at that "stall" phase, so I know it will pick up again! Vi

HI all, I am doing great but ofcourse have the same stand still that everyone seems to be going through. that actually makes me feel better SORRY We are normal for us and it will pass I believe 63 pounds gone forever but will not say for sure until morning when I have my "official" weight of the week Keep up the good work, Jennifer 357/294/175ish?

Congrats! I am also doing good. You might try uping your protien. That sometimes helps end a stall. Deb 392/308/225

Doing OK here too. Getting in around 50 grams of protein a day. I think for a while I wasn't eating enough so I stalled. Then I had at least one protein drink a day. Plus, forced myself to eat at least 3 small meals a day, even if it was just a few bites. The weight is coming off, sporadically but coming off. ~Nonna 317/250/?

A GREAT BIG "CONGRATULATIONS" ON THE 68 #s, MS ALLISON. I DUMPED ONCE ON LIVERWURST (OHHH MYYY GOSHHH, WAS I MISERABLE) BUT NOW IT SEEMS I CAN EAT ANYTHING EXCEPT I HAVE A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH MEATS LIKE STEAK & PORK SO I'M USING PAPAYA ENZYMES TO HELP WITH DIGESTION. I'M IN A 14-DAY STALL BUT HAVE LOST 57 #s SO I'M STILL HAPPY. DID HAVE A BACKSIDE/THIGH SHRINK LAST WEEK SO THAT WAS COOL. ONE DAY I HAVE TIGHT PANTS; THE NEXT DAY, I'M IN A SIZE SMALLER. DON'T YA JUST LOVE THIS WLS LIFE?!!!!!! GOD BLESS DAWN & NICK
