Kim...popcorn is a forbidden food on our criteria...the popcorn can get stuck or something and you don't digest it...please check with this food with your doctor...I have noticed that a few people are eating it...it is a big no no for us California post-ops...as far as munchies.. if you must munch...bye something like soy chips or something that will give you protein...protein bar???? good luck and don't worry...it was yesterday...today is another day... I love popcorn, it's one of the few things I could always eat with no problem. I sprinkle parmesan cheese on it to give it a little protein or try having a cheese stick first. Don't know about the stress though... I would try fixating on something else, read a book, watch a movie, get your mind off of it! Or take a bubble bath if you have a nice tub! I'd never get out of my tub if I tried that, so it's not an option for me. (Too low to the ground. )

Kim, First forgive your self for your munchies, or you will just have more stress. Also, stress can make you stall. Sometime you just have to do the best you can and accept that. Yes, it would be nice to get enough pledges for the tshirts you need, but if you don't can they be bought? If not, you will have to work it out another way. When you want to eat from stress I am sure you know it is stress, go for a walk, clean out a closet. Do anything to take your mind off it. I know when I quit smoking I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned, every time I wanted a cigarette. Good luck with your pledges, do the best you can, and just accept it. I know easier said than done.
