Monday Madness
I'm going to eat breakfast and then head to the gym. I'm going to do leg weights and then 30 min. on the eliptical. I want to do an hour of cardio everyday, so then I'll probably walk/run around the track or something else for 30 more min. I have my 3 month check up today, so I want to have a good weigh-in.
