Just got back from the gym, walked a mile and did a leg workout with my trainer. I am not sure if I can walk up the stairs to get out of my office this afternoon.... Hope everyone is having a great day

Oh! I walked this morning and I'm going to do some light lifting......I joined the gym today. I can't wait to get back to kickboxing, water aerobics................and the weight machines.... Keke Keep it up people!!!!!!!!!
