I figured out what the pain was

I don't know if you recall, but last week I had such cramping and thought I was dumping without eating. Well yesterday it happened again, just not as bad. I didn't know what it was until yesterday when I realized I did one thing that was the same as the time before. Actually Shauna had mentioned it in her reply to me but I thought, "that can't be it" especially since I had done this before surgery countless times. (Sorry Shauna for doubting you!) So you ask; "Alright already, what was it?" It was the fact that I took my pills on an empty pouch. That was vitamins and all. I will NEVER do that again! I guess they moved through my pouch too quickly and maybe were dissolving in my intestines causing cramping and gas pains. Let that be a lesson to ME! Just thought you'd like to know incase that happens to anyone else. Hugs, Loretta

I HAVE TO TAKE MINE WITH HOOD CARB COUNTDOWN MILK DRINK AS IT SEEMS TO COAT MY POUCH & INTESTINES. I CAN'T USE TEA OR CRYSTAL LIGHT, FOR INSTANCE.
