FRUSTRATED!!!
I too am going through this.. I only had 5 pounds to lose to make my 60 pounds lost.. I was thinking WHOO HOO I am so close.. guess what I sitll have 4.5 pounds to lose and its been like 2 weeks.. I was up 2 pounds and it stayed like that for over a week.. and I am finally losing it .5lb at a time!
Like someone else said.. we are only 3 months out.. give it another 6 months and you will look back and laugh! Just think how good you will feel next year on New Years eve.. starting a whole new year, looking back on this year and how far you have come!

I am going through the same thing. Thank God you posted I was afraid I was the only one. I go to the gym 5 days a week and drink tons of water but my weight hasn't budged in two weeks. When I mentioned this to my mother (always supportive...........not) she said, why isn't this working for you. It's too bad that you spent all this time and money and this isn't even working for you. I've lost 52 pounds in three months so something is working. Anyway, thanks for posting and I sure know how you feel.

This process is truly frustrating but we have to remember that we chose to do this to save our lives. As someone else reminded me yesterday - we didn't put this on in 3 months so its not going to come off in 3 months either. Even if we never lose another pound, we are healthier now than when we started. We have to keep our heads up and keep on exercising and trying to eat well. And we CANNOT compare our weight loss to others' though it is so easy to do and and so hard not to notice how much others have lost. HIDE the SCALE!! Mine is hidden and now I have to forget about it. We will be successful at this we just have to be patient. I'm glad to know that I'm not alone. We will have to keep in touch for support. Take care!

NOT TO WORRY, MS SHANNON ... I'M DOING THE SAME THING. NO BIGGIE AS THE WEIGHT ALWAYS STARTS DROPPING AGAIN IF WE JUST STICK WITH THE PROGRAM.
DURING THIS CURRENT STALL, I HAVE SEEN A MAJOR SHRINKING IN MY HIPS & THIGHES, SO I KNOW MY BODY IS TRYING TO BALANCE ITSELF WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS.
MAKE AN EFFORT TO SEE EACH SUCCESS, NO MATTER HOW SMALL, & FOCUS ON THAT ... NOT ON WHAT ISN'T HAPPENING RIGHT NOW. IF YOU FEEL BETTER - THAT'S A SUCCESS. IF YOU LOSE WEIGHT - THAT'S ANOTHER SUCCESS. IF YOU GET COMPLIMENTS - SUCCESS. SHRINK, GET INTO SMALLER CLOTHES, GIVE AWAY BIGGER CLOTHES - ALL SUCCESSES. SUCCESS IS NOT JUST MEASURED IN POUNDS LOST, BUT IN LIFE REGAINED!
