Tuesday - what did you eat?
Sounds like you are doing well!! I'm having a lot of trouble with food still. There doesn't seem to be much I can eat.
This is what I had.
B-Protein shake 35g
S- half a protein bar 9g
L-1/2cup chicken soup one sl cheese 4 saltine crackers 7g
S light yogart 9g
D-tried to eat WW spaghetti dinner but that didn't work I had about two bites
S three cups popcorn
I know that was not a good choice but I'll choose better next time.

60 oz of water
