Breakfast, protein drink 10 grams snack potato soup with unjury 15 grams protein lunch cottage cheese double 11 grams snack protein bar 15 grams dinner half piece of chicken with ranch dressing and a piece of cheese. 13 grams protein 64 fluid 55 vits yup

pre-break-protein drink gnc-28 gms break-1/2oz oatmeal lunch-1/2 ham and cheese rollup snack-light fit yogurt dinner-1 oz tenderloin,potatoes,and a carrot protein drink before bed protein-67 fluid-60 vits-all

Vick, Carrot protein drink? EWWWWWWWWW does it taste good? I still cant eat carrots. Bless you for drinkin it though! u go girl!

lol not a carrot protein drink........a carrot with my meal........then before bed i had a protein drink choc...... funny.....vickie r.

Sounds like you are doing well!! I'm having a lot of trouble with food still. There doesn't seem to be much I can eat. This is what I had. B-Protein shake 35g S- half a protein bar 9g L-1/2cup chicken soup one sl cheese 4 saltine crackers 7g S light yogart 9g D-tried to eat WW spaghetti dinner but that didn't work I had about two bites S three cups popcorn I know that was not a good choice but I'll choose better next time. 60g protein 60 oz of water vit 35 minutes on the elipticle

Breakfast, none lunch slice of pizza - ate the cheese and mean; deli slice of turkey, ham, roast beef snack 2 mini snickers dinner five chicken breast chunks........2 small ribs protein 45 fluid 64 vits yup
