Monday - What did you swallow today?
It is only 3:47pm so my protein, fluid etc will go up before bed
It is only 4 pm so I will be drinking more before bed but already added in my dinner since that is almost always the same thing
Breakfast? protein drink w/ 8oz ff milk
Lunch? 2 oz ground beef
1 oz lf cheese
Dinner? (not yet) it will be 3oz chicken salad w/ff mayo and pickles
Snack? 2 oz roasted soybeans
Fluid? 60 oz (so far)
Protein? (after dinner) 100 grams
Vits? Yep

Breakfast: Stallone Pudding Banana Creme
Lunch: 12 salad shrimp with a little ****tail sauce
Dinner: Will be meatballs in tomatoe sauce. Probably two meatballs.
Snack: Sugar free popsickles
Fluid: 68oz so far
protein: 40
Vitiams: Multiple vit/mineral, b12,folic acid,calcium citrate

Breakfast: Coffee, 1/2 cup Kashi high protein cereal mixed with 3 tbsp of Vanilla Lite-N-Fit Yogurt.
Lunch: 1 slice boiled ham, 1/2 cup steamed zucchini
Snack: Small Banana, with a little smear of peanut butter on each bite
Dinner: 1 ounce finely cut up carne asada, 1/2 cup cooked edamame.
I'll snack on a protein drink tonight and maybe some cherries.
All my vites will be in before the night is over. Still need my last calcium chew of the day.
Water 32 ounces and it's too late to drink any more or I'll pee all night.

Leftovers from a big todo we had Sat. I made it so I felt like I should bring home some of the left overs. (Not that there was much) We fed 80 people.
