That is so what i'm doing to this is supposed to be a lifestyle change not a diet and being concerned with counting made it like being on a diet once again. So I saw eat well and chuck the counting out the window. Marcey 255/202/150

Believe it or not, I wasn't counting anything until the stall started, thought it might help if I kept track of everything, but I guess not. It's ok, it'll pass. Thanks for the advice! Vi

Dawn, I have a Tanita scale that does water %, body fat %, metabolic age (mines 50 and I'm only 35.....ouch), and buch of other stuff. The highest my water % has ever been since I got the scale is about 38%. I need to drink up as well. According to the calc, I need a little over 92 oz if I eat a healthy diet. There's just no way! Vi, I just calculated mine and it's probably not going to happen! I'm supposed to drink 124ozs. a day. I can't hardly get in the 64ozs. Thanks for the information, it was interesting. Fran

Okay mine was actually 64.4 oz per day. Which I still can't do. I can't chug a lug, so it takes me all day just to drink about 32 ounces each day. I couldn't even imagine having to do 140 oz or more. Whew! I can tell you this as hard as it is I force myself to drink 3 .5 liter bottles each day. (50.7 oz) I had a kidney stone in december and I was informed that peopel who had WLS are very succeptable to getting them because of the poor hydration. Plus women are at higher risk than men period for stones. My sister has has three of them and she is 39 and I am 36.5 and this is my first one. One thing I was told by the urologist was that in order to avoid getting another I must drink as much water a day as I possibly can. So I am constantly witha water bottle all day long. Just FYI to you all. Hydrate as much as possible. It is more than just being dehydrated. Trust me you DON'T want the pain of a kidney stone. I thought I was giving birth. It was actually worse!
