October 26th will be 3 months out for me and I've lost 52lbs, which is 52 percent of my weight.....Again...what a wonderful tool we've been given...purchased the pilates performer from QVC...low-impact works your innercore muscles....my doctor said if I did pilates he would be very pleased, so I aim to please..my doctor and myself...The best to all of you...WE CAN DO IT!!!!

Good job! I used to do pilates. It was fun. It was hard at first, but you progress and build up those core muscles pretty quick. Marcia
