Thanks to all of you!

Since finding this web site my WLS has improved, I can't wait to get up in the morning to find out whats going on with all of you. My time is 4 or 5 hours different then your because I live in Hawaii, but your always there with your everyday highs and lows. I've learned so much in the few days I have been viewing this great message board. Please keep up the good work you never know who's reading these post. I have lost 60 lb since surgery and with your help I'm really on my way to a new life.

We all lean and depend on each other. Thank you for being a part of us! Keep up the good work with the weight loss. Keke

Jill, Welcome, glad you found this site. It does help to hear how everyone else is doing. Please be sure to post your questions, concerns, or good new here. You will get lots of support and good advise. Mary L
