Glad that stall is GONE!
My stall is gone too. I went from being 177-175-178-174-177 to 170 yesterday and today. I added a protein drink snack in the afternoon. I still don't get so much into my stomach before lunch and felt that I was in starvation mode because of not eating much in the way of breakfast. It worked!
The stall lasted a month for me and was frustrating. My clothing got looser on me during the stall, so I knew I was getting smaller. I still gauge my progress/success by the scale and I guess I'm not going to get over that any time soon.
I'm excited for you, Dennis. It just feels so good to be unstuck.

Apparently you can only absorb 35-40 grams of protein at a time (in one meal), so I guess if drank 100 grams in one meal, anything over the 35-40 grams wouldn't be absorbed, but drinking 100 grams over the course of the day shouldn't be a problem.
My doctor's office said that 35-40 grams at a time was a myth too though, so who knows? I read so many differing opinions that it makes me nuts after a while!
