Bye Bye Lane Bryant WOW moment!!

I forgot to tell you guys about my very first really nice WOW moment!! Yesterday I took the day off so I could go have dinner with Dennis, so in the morning I decided to go to Lane Bryant (plus size store) to buy something nice. NOTHING fit, I mean NOTHING!!! (ok the Bra's did and I bought two) but I tried their smallest size tops 14/16 not one fit, I tried different styles, and they were HUGE, I have been shopping in that store for ages, I even have their credit card, and I would try clothes on before and feel so bad about looking so big. I tried the pants on and they fit just right, size 14 but they were a little bit loose, and it wasn't worth it cause in a couple of weeks they would be too loose. I ended up buying some really cute bras a necklace & a bracelet. WOW! Now I'm scared to go into a normal peoples store. I haven't been into one, in a LONG time. Celia

That sounds like the best part of the day! Have fun shopping in the regular stores. When I lost 50 lbs. a few years ago, I loved shopping at Kohl's. I love their style of Misses clothes. I haven't been there since I've lost weight this time, but I'm wearing their size 16s now that I bought way back when. I wear 18s from Wal-mart, so maybe Kohls runs big. Marcia

AWESOME!!!! I also wanted to tell you and the board that Lane Bryant is adding sizes 12 and 30 to some of their clothing styles, early this year. Personally, Lane Bryant has been "my" store for the past 5-6 years and I'm a bit nervous about letting go.....but I'm in their size 16s now, so I've got to say good-bye soon! This is a good thing but I don't even know where to start shopping now..... (this has been helluva ride!!!)
