Thursdays food intake :) post it
Deb: Hi drove down to San Diego for doctor appointment and to meet Ceclia...breakfast protein drink..32oz. of protein made with soy milk...snack protein bar....lunch 1/2 bowel of two different kinds of beans and chix...with cheese...really good....snacking on soy pretzels on the drive down....water about 75oz. vitamins of course....dinner 1/2 piece of broiled salmon...went for dinner with Cecilia and Mundo at a really cool ocean front restaurant....late drive home...a can of protein drink...from Trader Joe's 35 grams of protein....so doing pretty good...Doctor does not want to see me for 3 months...and hope to have dropped about 25 pounds by then...go October people go...... Dennis
Well, another day of Seven Habits of Highly Effective People today. I don't go back to class until next Tuesday and Wednesday. What fun! I just love going to school.
B: Coffee and SF Vanilla CoffeeMate. Spoonful of PB.
S: A banana.
L: Del Taco combo cup. Refried beans, very finely ground beef, shredded cheese and green sauce. I was able to eat about half of this.
S: few peanuts
D: Hamburger with blue cheese, onions and mushrooms. I ended up eating only the toppings. The meat didn't sit right at all. I also had 1 tbsp mashed broccoli and 2 tbsp mac-n-cheese (cuz I couldn't resist it).
S: Will be another sample protein flavor and my chewable calcium citrate wafer. They're big, but they are sorta like candy.
I may also have a few frozen dark cherries. They're so good! I found them in the frozen section. They aren't sweetened. They're just seeded dark sweet cherries. Yummmm. Good for my constipation, LOL.

Actually, I'll do Friday:
Breakfast: whole grain toast (5 grams of protein per slice, wow!) with peanut butter and a glass of milk; 5 grapes
Lunch: thai chicken curry with rice; I'm learning rice is OK for me if I eat with other foods at the same time; rice alone is a disaster; glass of milk
Stress snack: handful of Sun Chips
Dinner: sushi, piece of turkey baloney, small square of chocolate (hey, it's Friday night!)
Bedtime snack: protein shake
Vitamins: yes! Protonix: yes! Calcium: yes! Exercise: nope, not enough hours in my day Water: yes! I'm drinking lots of herbal teas these days.
