Fun Fitness Friday
Keke...I was in a hurry in the morning but I did go to the gym and did 35 mins on the eliptical, I went on the highest incline the whole time. It is so hard for me to believe that the 1st time I got on that machine I could barely do 5 mins. I had to push myself to do the 5 mins and now I do the highest incline. I then did some weights for 1/2 an hour. I worked out my thighs, abdomen, butt, arms etc....
