A 3 month WOW****
Yaaaay!!! Isn't it wonderful to be just "obese" and not "morbidly obese" anymore?!! (That was a big deal to me. ) Way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My 3 month anniv is tomorrow and I would have LOVED to make that 60 lb goal but I'm a pound away and been on a stall for 8 days.
Either way, this journey is wonderful! Keep up the good work!!

It is a good feeling not to be morbidly obese anymore. It really hit home the first time I was called that. What I look forward to now, is being under 35 bmi, then I wouldn't qualify for surgery anymore. Well, I probably wouldn't have anyway, since I didn't have any co-morbs, but just to know that there's no way I would have qualified...

Congratulations Shannon!!!!!!!
Feels pretty amazing doesn't it!!
I just hit 60 lbs this morning, I'm 14 weeks out today. I was dancing around like a maniac!! I've never lost 60 lbs before in my life!!
I hardly exercise also - but I do walk my dog twice a day, and am quite active at work. It's just that by the time I get home it's like 6:30pm, then I have to walk the dog, fix my dinner - by them I'm pooped!
I try to do a Richard Simmons tape on the weekends but sometimes that doesn't even happen!
I'm really happy for you - you are doing great!!! Carol
weight loss surgery has given me the tool to change my life....I have more self esteem, dont mind looking in the mirror anymore, am estatic that i can fit into a size 19!!!! I am trying to get my son to excersise with me...
