WLS and fibromyalgia?

Anybody have any information about this?? I have a friend in Utah that has fibromyalgia and is in the beginning stages of thinking about WLS. I dont have any information for her, anybody know anything about it?? THanks! Rebecca

Hi Rebecca, I have fibromyalgia and after WLS I had to come off the meds I was on for it because it had aspirin in it. So I pretty much just tough it out. Some days I just want to lay around allot but other days I'm fine. Tell your friend if she can do mind over matter then she will do just fine. Tammie F
