Breakfast - protein shake
Lunch - 3 ounces of chicken in gravy (goes down better that way)
snack - detour protein bar
Dinner chili
Fluid - 50 ounces ..im gettin better
Vitamins all of them
protein 60 grams approx
Exercise..oh none, i couldnt too sore from going back to the gym on Tuesday. oh wait..i shopped for 4 hours that counts...lots of walking

lunch-2oz tuna salad
dinner-tenderloin 1 oz and a couple bites brocc
64oz water-this is so hard to get in
before bed-protein shake
i walked and i have also been jogging...........oh what a sight!!!!!!!!

Boy I can definitely eat more than most, from what I am seeing by this post. The Barix Clinic wants us to eat 6 small meals a day and I do try. Here is what I had:
B - Protein Shake
S - 2 oz. low fat cheese
L - 1 cup of Campbell's Golden Butternut Squash Soup w/2 T. Parmesan Cheese
S - 1 cup salad greens w/ 4 T. of Just 2 Good French Dressing
D - 1 oz. beef steak (Philly cheese steak meat slices) w/sautéed onions & low fat Provolone Cheese
S - ½ c of sugar free - fat free pudding with 1 T of fat free cool whip
It's been a little over 14 weeks and I am down 65 lbs. as of today. I don't have a problem getting the quantity in but I do have a problem with Poultry, Fish and Pork. All I can eat without feeling like it is stuck is the beef so far. But I do usually eat the 90% lean.

Snack.....................a few pork rinds
Lunch.....................chicken breast, bacon bits, & chees spring salad
Snack.....................3 chocholate chip cookies (it's that time.......sorry)
Dinner....................probably the rest of my salad
Fluid......................60 oz thus far
All my vitamins
Protein around 30 to 40 grams
Exercised 30 minutes this morning before work, wall push ups, and did some shopping this evening.......................

Breakfast - protein shake while driving to work (vanilla powder, fresh strawberries, skim milk, 2 packets of splenda, ice) yumm
Snack-nothing was still full from shake
Lunch - about 3 oz of taco soup w/cheese on top (major yum)
Snack-slice of deli turkey w/slice of munster, couldn't eat it all (about 7 goldfish crackers)
Dinner-broiled fish
Had lots of water and all my vitamins. I love my pouch!!!

I know that we are to eat snacks but.... I'm not the best with that.
Breakfast - Carnation Instant bkfst w/ 20 gr flavorless protein powder
Lunch - 1.5 oz turkey deli sliced and a cheese stick
supper - 1/2 turkey wrap minus wrap - 2 oz turkey and 1/2 oz cheese.
60oz water
all my vitamens and calcium
total protein 63 oz
for exercise I worked 9 and 1/2 hours!! BOO

8 am: Decaf coffee with Anyway unflavored
Water all morning!
12 pm: 1 slice provolone cheese, 3 apple slices without skin, handful of chex
Water all afternoon!
5 pm: 2oz grilled chicken w/ 3 bites potato
8 pm: matrix hot cocoa
10 pm: still sipping water--got 60 oz down with all vits for the day!!
I think my "Oscar the Pouch" is a bit small.
