update...almost 3 months..
Hey all..
I know it has been a long time since I have posted here but I have been sick since November and it just keeps getting more and more complicated...thankfully I have kept up with my workouts and have lost 65 lbs now...I can barely eat 900 calories in a day...and that seems to be my hardest thing about WLS rite now...I finally met with a Nut this past week and that has been very helpful for me...

Wow...I thought I am having a hard time...what is so funny is how everyone's nut has different ideas....my nut says to eat more carbs..which totally freaks me out...but I do need to eat some fruit...and more veggies...

I hope you start feeling better! Like Celia, I was having a hard time getting in even 500-600 calories a day, but this week I decided to MAKE MYSELF start having 3 protein shakes a day (finally found one I like) and now I get about 1000-1100 calories a day and about 100-120 grams of protein. I never thought I'd be able to do that, but if I can do it, anyone can!!

I have started drinking more protein this week too..you hear all this stuff don't drink protein or you won't lose weight and then you hear drink protein and in the end we all have to decide what is best for ourselves...which protein drink do you like? I am looking for something new...I currently use Unjury and Designer Whey...but I need a little pick me up...
