My name is laurie I am from bangor maine...I had surgery on 10/13/05 and i am down 57 lbs..I go to the gym 3 times a week and I am adding in the biggest loser workout...How is everyone else doing..am I on the right track?? Hi Laurie and welcome, sounds to me like you are doing great! I'm down 59 lbs since my surgery on 10/20. I work out about 6 days a week because I'm addicted to it! I always loved working out, but had stopped going for a while and now I'm back to it! I do the nautilus circuit every other day and cardio every day.

Hi!! Sounds like you are doing great, and right on track.
I have only been exerciseing regularly this last month. I go to the gym 2X week a few min on the cross trainer then I do 2 sets of 12 reps on the 13 circut machines. 2 X a week water arobics. Then one day on the weekend I try to find a nature trail for a long walk.
What is the biggest losser work out? I love that show but I am not famillier with the work out.

As you may have read, this hasn't been a typical week for me, but my usual workout is Curves 4-5 times/week, 1 mile lap swim 2-4 times week, 1 hours water aerobics up to 4x/week, and nautilus weight training 2x/week. I also have a Tony Little Gazelle Power Plus I use at home when the mood strikes me. Pre-surgery you couldn't pay me to work out, but after the first few weeks I grew to love it. My biceps are a thing of beauty, but I can't show them off becuase my triceps are a "work in progress". I've got major granny arms. I was 3 months out yesterday and I'm down 64 lbs.
I would also like to know what the biggest loser workout is. I've never heard of it.

You are doing awesome! I have only lost 42lbs since my surgery 10/24/05. I am the slow loser of the October boards but am fine with it. I haven't been exercising as much because KEKE one of our members hasn't been posting her post to motivate us to exercise!! Keke it's your fault!!! just kidding!. I haven't been exercising cause I've been lazy lately.
