Another MUST READ!!!
Someone on the NY board pointed this out:
http://store.bariatriceating.com/july2005.html
I read it at just the right time, I had just gone home for lunch and the tiny bite of chicken I had got stuck and I had to go through that hour of the foamies and the puking and was feeling miserable and starting to feel sorry for myself because I knew I was going to have to drink another protein drink and sometimes I just DON'T WANT THEM!!!
But after reading that, I thought, you know what, I'm so lucky I had this surgery and I will drink "TOILE****ER" if I have to in order to continue this healthy life that I've been given!
HUGS,
Vi (who's sipping her "toile****er" quietly at her desk)
It sure does! Are you able to eat your 4 oz meals? I can't even seem to get in that much most of the time, so I'm constantly having to supplement with shakes. Maybe next time I see the surgeon I'll ask him if I need to have an endoscopy or something to see if I have too much scar tissue? Hopefully this is just a phase that will pass....
yeah I can eat the 4oz fine, sometimes even alittle more. Actually had a real slice of pizza last night, small one, but it went down fine. I get a little scared that it's getting easier to eat. I feel bloated most of the day but I think cuz I drink water all day long. Definitly get checked Vi, dosent sound right at this time. Good luck,
