What do you eat for breakfast?

Typically I have a protein shake on the way to work....vanilla very berry or raspberry yogurt protein delite blended with some frozen berries and 4 oz skim/carb countdown milk. At about 10:30 I have my breakfast, which lately has been a carb control yogurt with a few tablespoons cottage cheese..it's yummy together. Or I'll have a small apple with low carb peanut butter. The oatmeal cooked with frozen berries and a scoop of protein delite vanilla very berry is yummy too. These have been working for me lately!!
