Need help with my picture!

I uploaded my photo to my profile, but I'm trying to get it as my avatar so it will show when I post [if it is showing then ignore this, lol] Does anybody know how to do this? Help!!

you have to email the picture to [email protected] and they will add it to your posts. It took me about 1 1/2 week to get mine added when I post. Sammie 303/230/?
