Exercise Anybody???
I've been sick this week and I haven't been working out as much as usual. I've gone to Curves and done at least 3 circuits every day. Monday and Wednesday I used the Nautilus weight training machines for 50 minutes each day, and Monday I swam 1/2 mile. Oh....and last night I couldn't sleep and did a stretch and tone (with 3 lbs weights) show I tivoed off FitnessTV. I haven't used my gazelle at all.
My back has been hurting a lot since I haven't been in the pool. I'm going to try to go at least 3 times next week.

I worked out at the gym, and tanned Sunday and Monday. Tuesday I tanned and went shopping. Wed. I tanned and then went home and cleaned my whole place in an hour ( like a mad women ). Tonight I am tanning and getting my nails done. Tomorrow is Tanning and going to a party. Then I will go back to the gym saturday and sunday. Next week will be better, I promise.....lol.

Let's see, Monday 20 min. on the treadmill, then my Tae-bo came in the mail, so I did that 30 min. video. Tuesday, I had cramps very bad and was going to take the day off, but my Shape magazine came in the mail and said not to take the day off when you have cramps, so I got off the couch, put the magazine down and did 50 min on the treadmill. Yesterday, I did 30 min. on the treadmill and 30 min. Tae-bo. Today, my sister called and asked me to go for a walk. I wanted to be able to walk fast, so I took the wagon so my 5 year old and her 3 year old could just ride along. We walked for an hour and 15 min., taking turns pulling about 80 lbs. in the wagon. It was a pretty good workout.

Hey Deb,
I started out walking and on my exercise bike, then we got a Total Gym, and I got it set up on Sunday and was trying to see how many exercises I could do. I over did it, and I was so sore on Monday and Tuesday, I did not work out. Wednesday, I worked on the Total Gym and tonight I will be on my bike. I also try and get in as much walking as possible! Thanks for helping keep us focused.
