Hi Sammie! Thanks! And as for eating, it's still not getting any better but I supplement a lot more with protein shakes now to make sure I get enough. I do try to eat too, I'll have a couple of thin slices of cheese or a small amount of soup or a few bites of chicken. Whatever I can stand!

Vi, Congradulations, that is worth jumping for joy over. I have six more pounds to have a BMI of 38 and no longer be considered morbidly obese, just plan obese. I can hardly wait, and just because I want to reach this so much it seems the lbs are very slow to drop off. I haven't had a bmi under to 50's in 35 years. cheers and again congradulations. Mary L

Also I wanted to thank you for the link to life after wls, I did not spend much time there now but I know it is a place I will visit many times.
