Yes I agree with Dennis - hang in there. My scale does this to me every week. I have yet to have a week where I do not gain weight and then it seems it takes an extra week so to lose 3 or 4 pounds. My doc says that it is water retention or that my liver is heavy from retaining water during that time of the month - Honestly I dont care what it is I just want it to STOP!!!! But it does always come off even if it takes a little extra time so hang on. Take care!!

Kim,
Don't fume too much. Those scales can be a pain, it just happened to me this week too. The scale was going down then all of a sudden right back up. It make you just want to crawl back into bed and pull the covers over your head till the scale goes back down. I have heard though that somwtimes when the scale stops or goes the other way it is just you body adjusting and redistrubuting itself. I have been upset over the scale not moving and I go to work and hear " What did you loose another 10 lbs over night? you look much smaller today!" So who knows. I just know if I keep with the program it will start comming off again. Have patience and vent here. It makes us feel better to know we are not alone.

Time & time again. I wake up get on the scale. Get pissy. Am going to go downstairs & post and someone is saying the exact same thing. It is soooooooo weird & nice to be going through this with all of you. I know it will come off, and I know I am in a hurry. I got so used to it just coming off everyday. I guess I'm getting to the point where I should not be a scale ***** and just weigh myself once a week. Can I do it?????? On the good side I have lost 51 lbs. since the surgery.
