Maybe others can chime in too, but from what I've been reading here (and experiencing lately) some stalling is normal, especially at this stage. I've been stalled for almost a week at a weight that was a set point for me the last time I lost a significant amount of weight; also, it's close to that time of the month for me. Just trying to be patient through this - am not weighing every day for a bit to avoid driving myself crazy. So, I think fits and starts of weight loss are normal. Illini

I think stalling is normal but ask yourself these questions? Did I get in 64 ounces of water today? Did I burn any fat? Did I eat the protein I was sposed to? If you asked yourself these questions, and answered honestly then you prolly have the answer to the stall. Cmon Kim..its a brand new week, get tha****er and protein in and move move move we can do it

I stall all the time, it's normal for us now. The good news though is that I was stalled for about 3 weeks last month and then suddenly lost about 12 lbs, so it all catches up in the end. Hang in there! Vi

Yes, I'm one "tall drink of water" and it's always been a plus because I could spread my weight out more....

Violet I hadn't been in your page for a while. I LOVE your new pic. You look like a model!!!! and I love what you are doing with your journal. posting all the things you buy and all that. Did you ever buy extra storage for your page *(500mb) at ebay so you have enough space?

OMG, you just made my day with that compliment!! Thank you so much. My sister saw that new picture and said I looked "drawn" and I should start taking vitamins. I let her know that I take vitamins religiously and that I saw the doctor last week and I'm doing great. My family was not very supportive and they didn't agree with me having surgery, but that's ok, they don't agree with a lot of the things I do (especially the divorce), so I try not to talk to them too much. I'm the youngest of four and I was always the most stubborn. And I guess it's hard for them now not to see me with the fat, rosy, chipmunk cheeks that they were used to seeing my whole life. I never bought more space on sitekreator, can you believe I'm still only using less than half of what they give free? I'm sure I'll use it up eventually since I write alot in there. It's like therapy for me!! I'm so glad you found that site! I'm off to the gym and to go shopping but I wanted to say THANK YOU for making my day, especially after my sister's negative comment! HUGS, Vi
